Elements Combine LLC will be referred to as "Us, We, Our". We reserve the right to update our terms and conditions at any time. By using our website you agree to our terms and conditions.
Orders
Returns are only accepted if an item was not received, an incorrect item was purchased, or an item was received defective. Buyer pays return shipping if an incorrect item was ordered. If defective item was shipped we will pay return shipping. We reserve the right to cancel an order or subscription at any time. You can also end your subscription at any time.
Subscriptions
We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to remove songs if they violate the agreed upon terms, if we decide to cancel your subscription or any other reason we deem necessary. Any other associated information like lyrics may be deleted upon subscription cancelation or when a specific song is removed. Upon removal of a song, we no longer will collect royalties on that song. If you choose to redistribute this song through another party, you are free from any obligation to us, including royalty collection.
Liability
Elements Combine and anyone associated shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred in connection to Elements Combine or our services. This includes any royalties we may have missed, errors to applications, or any other actions that were not intended to do harm. We are not responsible if someone or an entity sues you or if you break the law while using our services.
Not Allowed
You agree not to slander, defame, copy, or try to hurt Elements Combine LLC's reputation in any way before during or after use of our services.
Distribution Subscription Plan
Elements Combine LLC will be referred to as "Us, We, Our". You agree to let us use your personal information to distribute your music and sign you up for social media or other accounts that you request. We reserve the right to update our terms and conditions at any time. You agree to all elementscombine.com terms and conditions.
Song Uploads
A limit of up to 20 songs per month can be distributed. 15 single uploads per month or 20 if in the same album! You must retain your subscription to keep your songs/albums on major platforms or pay a one time fee of $50 for each song to permanently keep your song on streaming platforms. Keep all rights to your music! You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Distrokid
We partner with Distrokid to distribute your music and collect streaming royalties. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you agree to their terms of service listed here as well.
Royalties
You agree to pay us 5% of your total royalties collected after fees, as well as the monthly fee for the plan of your choice. These royalties paid to us will be transferred to us either at the same time we give your share to you, or on an automatic split. If you pay to keep a song uploaded forever we will continue to earn 5% of your collected royalties al long as it stays posted. If for some reason we are unable to keep your song uploaded forever we will refund the $50 fee!
Non Exclusive
You may distribute songs through other third parties as we do not require exclusivity. Please make sure not to distribute the same song through multiple distributors as it can confuse the system as to where your streaming royalties should go.
Lyrics
We will upload lyrics for any song we distribute for you. This will get your lyrics placed In Apple Music, Google, YouTube, Amazon, Deezer, and Shazam. For $20 a year we can also upload your lyrics to Spotify, Instagram, Facebook, and Tidal!

This includes any royalties we may have missed, errors to applications, or any other actions that were not intended to do harm. We are not responsible if someone or an entity sues you or if you break the law while using our services.
Royalty Collection Plan
Elements Combine LLC will be referred to as "Us, We, Our". You agree to let us use your personal information to collect your music royalties. We reserve the right to update our terms and conditions at any time. You agree to all elementscombine.com terms and conditions.
Creator/License Holder
You must have the legal right to collect royalties on all songs you have us collect royalties for. If you do not your account will be deleted, you will not receive any royalties, and whoever holds the rights to the song(s) will be notified! Do not attempt to steal others work or take credit!
Royalties
You agree to pay us 5% of your total royalties collected after fees, as well as the monthly fee for the plan of your choice. These royalties paid to us will be transferred to us either at the same time we give your share to you, or on an automatic split. If you cancel your subscription or decide you no longer want us to collect royalties on your behalf for a certain song or all of your songs we will withdraw and you will have the right to collect all of your royalties elsewhere. If you would like us to collect royalties on a specific song after canceling your subscription you can make a one time payment of $50 and we will collect royalties forever on that song, if for some reason we cannot, we will reimburse your $50.
How We Collect
We collect royalties for you using a number of different third parties including ASCAP, Sound Exchange, Song Trust, and more. If you'd like us to use a specific collection agency please let us know. By using our service you agree to abide by the rules set forth by the third parties we use to collect royalties for your music. Upon registration we will notify you and send the terms and conditions of said platform and you must abide by them.

You may collect royalties on songs we did not distribute through third parties as we do not require exclusivity. Please make sure not to collect royalties on the same song through multiple third parties including us, as it can confuse the system of where your streaming royalties should go as well as break these terms and conditions and have your subscription canceled.

Distribution and Royalty Collection Plan
You agree to all terms and conditions of The Distribution Plan and The Royalty Collection Plan, as well as our websites Terms and Conditions .
Music Mastering
If you are not happy with the mastered version of your song you are not entitled to a refund. However we may edit the song further to try and meet your desired sound!
